A crowd was filmed reaching for banknotes as they fell through the air on a street that Thailand Daily identified as Soi 6 in Pattaya.
People outside the bars lifted their arms towards the notes, while others bent down to pick them up from the road. The clip shows the crowd gathered beneath signs and awnings along the narrow street.
