A food delivery rider arrived at Block 101 Yishun Avenue 5 early on 10 May 2026 and found muddy water flowing through the coffeeshop and surrounding ground-floor area.
PUB said an underground water pipe near the junction of the block and Sembawang Road leaked at about 1am. Around 25 shops were affected, while homes and businesses did not lose their water supply. The rider told MustShareNews that the flooding delayed him for more than an hour.
