Groom throws a Pokemon box at his groomsmen instead of a bouquet

A clip posted by SG Daily on 4 April 2026 shows a groom throwing a sealed Pokemon box into a group of groomsmen instead of following the usual bouquet toss. The men dive and grapple for it in a scrum in the middle of the floor.

The box is a Phantasmal Flames Elite Trainer Box from the Pokemon Trading Card Game. Bouquets are traditionally thrown to unmarried guests, but the couple swapped the flowers for a card pack.

The post credits the clip to a TikTok user and does not say where the wedding was held.
