Medusa Osteria Romana is a Roman-style restaurant at South Beach Avenue. Fortuna Group opened the restaurant on 10 January 2026, with a menu focused on dishes from Rome and a dining room inspired by the city in the 1960s.
The reel introduces Fortuna Group founder Egon Marzaioli and shows the kitchen preparing spaghetti carbonara and the Mortazza & Pistachio pizza. Medusa's current menu also lists Roman staples such as rigatoni all'amatriciana, suppli and pizza romana.
Time Out reported that Medusa's opening menu included focaccetta and dip at S$16, pasta from S$35 and pizza romana from S$29. Prices and dishes may change, so check the restaurant's current menu before visiting.
