A pedestrian said a Grab delivery rider ignored his request to stop smoking under a sheltered walkway.
The 23-second clip shows the rider with a cigarette while standing beside his bicycle. After the person filming spoke to him, the rider moved towards the edge of the shelter. The source post does not identify either person or state where the exchange took place.
