Teenagers spotted riding e-scooters and bicycles along main road, raising safety concerns

A group of teenagers was filmed travelling along a main road on e-scooters and bicycles. The clip does not identify the road.

LTA says e-scooters can only be used on cycling paths and are prohibited from roads and footpaths. Bicycles may be ridden on roads, subject to road cycling rules.

Riders should follow the rules for their device and take extra care around motor traffic.
