KLIA police said a 27-year-old Chinese tourist caused a disturbance in the Terminal 1 departure hall at about 1.19pm on 18 August 2026.
Police said the woman shouted in Mandarin and disturbed other travellers by running, singing and dancing. Terminal security personnel calmed the situation and brought her to the Terminal 1 police station.
She was later taken to Kajang Hospital and was reported to be in stable condition. Claims circulating online about specific threats were not confirmed in the police account reported by Malay Mail, Free Malaysia Today and The Star.
