CCTV footage shows a woman cutting aloe vera leaves from a plant outside a shop at Block 166 Woodlands Street 13 before putting them into a bag.
The shop owner shared the footage on 5 May 2026 and asked the woman to come forward and apologise. Independent reports said the owner later lodged a police report.
