Editorial & corrections

Sources and attribution

Stories should identify their sources, including original social posts, official information, written responses and supplied photographs. A social post or a reader's comment is not independent confirmation of a claim.

Coverage based on those materials should not imply a firsthand visit, interview or eyewitness account unless that reporting took place. Check linked organisers or venues for changes to event times, prices and availability.

Factual corrections

To flag a factual error, email [email protected] with the article URL, the detail you believe is wrong and a supporting source where available. Use the same address to raise an attribution or disclosure concern.

Paid content and relationships

Paid or sponsored content should be clearly labelled. Relevant commercial relationships or support for a featured project should be disclosed in the story, alongside attribution for supplied material.
