Antonio Brancato's pizza and aperitivo at ANTO

Chef Antonio Brancato's ANTO Pizzeria at 2 Jiak Chuan Road brings together wood-fired pizza and Italian aperitivo drinks. The restaurant was the subject of our 6 November 2025 feature on the Italian chef's move to Singapore.

On ANTO's website, Antonio traces his interest in pizza to watching a local pizza maker while growing up in Pignola, southern Italy. His work later took him through other parts of Italy and Saudi Arabia before Singapore.

The restaurant serves pizzas ranging from a classic Margherita to its own creations. Drinks are part of the concept too: Antonio credits his cousin, bartender Giancarlo Mancino, with influencing its cocktails and aperitivo offering.
