South Korean actor Byeon Woo Seok was seen walking along Marina Bay on 17 September, ahead of his Singapore fan meet.
The clip shows him at the waterfront with staff and security nearby. AsiaOne reported that he also stopped at Merlion Park and appeared to film part of the outing.
His sold-out The Secret Library fan meet took place at The Star Theatre on 18 September.
