A man questioned why drivers were being ticketed for parking along double yellow lines in Teck Ghee on the first day of Chinese New Year.
The clip shows a parking warden issuing tickets to a row of vehicles beneath an HDB block. The man filming asked, 'Why no give chance?' and said he would complain about the officer.
