Foreign worker makes his own "Survival Hat" out of leaves to beat the heat

An outdoor worker was seen wearing an improvised head covering made from large leaves, arranged to shade his head and neck while he worked.

The footage was credited to iFineFinds on TikTok. It does not identify the worker or the worksite.

Singapore's Ministry of Manpower requires employers to manage heat stress for outdoor work. Measures include regular hydration and adequate rest under shade.
