Feel the fabrics before choosing sheets
The store's open-shelf concept lets shoppers touch bedlinen fabrics and compare their actual colours. It is a useful way to narrow down a set when an online swatch leaves you unsure about the shade or texture.
Fragrance and body-care testers were part of the opening showcase too, with perfumes and diffusers available to try before buying.
Engraving for small gifts
The featured personalisation service offered engraving for perfumes, candles and scented sachets. If a gift needs to be ready for a particular date, ask staff which products are eligible, what engraving costs and how long it takes. The opening announcement did not give those details.
