Kimi Antonelli Arrives in Malaysia Ahead of Bahrain GP at Sepang

Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli was spotted arriving at Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Sept 28, 2026, ahead of the Formula 1 race at Sepang International Circuit.

Formula 1 and the FIA confirmed that Sepang would host the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia from Oct 2 to 4. The arrangement moved the Bahrain race to Malaysia while retaining its official name.

Antonelli stopped for a photo and waved to fans while moving through the airport with his luggage, according to footage shared from KLIA. Formula 1 is returning to Sepang for the first time since 2017.
