A woman reported a male passenger who allegedly touched himself inappropriately on SBS Transit bus service 174. She said the incident happened at about 12.15pm while she was seated at the back of the bus on her way home from work.
The footage shows the man seated near the back while looking at his phone. His movements appear to include repeatedly touching and adjusting the front of his trousers. The recording alone does not establish his intent.
Police confirmed to AsiaOne that a report had been lodged and investigations were ongoing. SBS Transit said commuters who encounter inappropriate behaviour should alert the bus captain or contact the authorities. Its bus captains are trained in incident management and can seek help from the relevant authorities.
