A man was caught on CCTV allegedly taking a pair of white slides from a shoe rack outside an HDB unit in Woodlands. The footage was published on 23 June 2026 and carried a timestamp of 11:04pm on 21 June.
The recording shows him selecting the footwear, walking to the end of the corridor and placing it on the ground. He then appears to check his phone while looking back towards the camera.
The footage does not identify the man. It also does not show whether a police report was made or what happened after the recording ended.
