Police took a foreign man to Mueang Pattaya Police Station for questioning after he allegedly punched a 17-year-old Thai boy in South Pattaya on September 16, The Thaiger reported.
The teenager told police that he had approached the man and a Thai woman to offer help after seeing them with a motorcycle. He said the woman asked for a ride back to the motorcycle to look for a missing key, and alleged that the man then punched him in the face.
The report said the man's identity and nationality had not been disclosed. It did not confirm whether he had been charged.
