Massive '61' formation flags hung between 2 Toa Payoh HDB blocks

A large arrangement of Singapore flags spelling out '61' was displayed between two HDB blocks in Toa Payoh.

The flags were arranged across the facing sides of the blocks, forming the number '61' ahead of National Day.
