Eat3Cuts serves Cantonese roast meats at the Atrix Building on Geylang Lorong 23. Its pipa duck, held up on roasting hooks, was the focus of our June 2026 feature on the outlet near Aljunied MRT.
The restaurant explains that it flattens the duck before roasting, increasing the surface exposed to the marinade. Its website describes a four-to-six-hour marinade followed by roasting in a charcoal oven. The shape gives pipa duck its name, after the Chinese lute.
Eat3Cuts also lists roast duck and braised chicken as its other main poultry dishes. Diners can order the three together rather than choosing only the pipa duck.
