The promotional video refers to restoring Pokémon cards to PSA 10. That is not a guaranteed outcome: card treatment and a grader's assessment are separate steps, and some forms of restoration or cleaning can prevent a card from receiving a numerical grade.
Where to arrange a drop-off
The advertised location was #03-05, Fu Lu Shou Complex. Appointments were listed at +65 8971 7138, with visits strictly by appointment rather than walk-in. No service price or turnaround time was included in the announcement, so ask for those details before handing over a card.
Check the grading rules before treatment
PSA's published grading standards list evidence of restoration, altered stock and evidence of cleaning among its no-grade reasons. Its examples include rebuilt paper stock, crease pressing, scratch removal and the application of cleaning sprays or wax. Some altered cards may qualify for an Authentic Altered designation rather than a numerical grade, at PSA's discretion.
Those are general grading rules, not a finding about any particular PokeClean treatment or card. Before booking, ask what work will be done and whether it is compatible with the grading company's rules. A cleaner-looking card should not be treated as a promise of a higher grade.
