Phetchaburi Soi 19 in Pratunam has a stall serving ayam geprek, Indonesian fried chicken crushed and mixed with a fresh chilli sambal.
In Thailand Daily's Reel, the cook fries the chicken until crisp, then pounds it on a stone mortar with a generous green chilli mixture. It is packed with rice in a takeaway box.
The chilli looks heavy, so ask for less if you do not handle spice well. The stall is inside Soi 19, near Pratunam's main shopping area.
