Three public buses were involved in a chain collision at a bus stop outside Block 790 Yishun Avenue 2 at about 3.05pm on 15 October 2026.
Tower Transit said its service 853 rear-ended SBS Transit service 852, which then hit service 851. Six passengers reported injuries, and three were taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
Police said a 35-year-old male bus driver is assisting with investigations. Tower Transit said it is cooperating with the Traffic Police, Land Transport Authority and SBS Transit.
