A white car was filmed partly submerged beside a canal bank in footage shared on November 7. Its roof and upper windows remain above the water as the camera looks down from the bank.
The post does not identify the canal or explain how the car entered the water. The clip does not show a recovery operation or establish whether anyone was inside.
