A white Mitsubishi Outlander crashed into a wall along Mandai Lake Road at about 6.45pm on Sept 5. Police said the vehicle was believed to have skidded.
Dashcam footage shows the SUV overtaking another car, mounting a raised edge and veering into the wall. The impact sent the vehicle backwards and appeared to dislodge part of its front bumper.
The 53-year-old driver and his 52-year-old female passenger were conscious when taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. The driver is assisting with police investigations.
