A Yishun resident was filmed feeding pigeons and crows in a clip posted on 28 June 2026.
The birds gathered around the resident in a public housing area. The clip does not identify the precise location or show whether officers attended.
NParks has said that bird feeding and other human food sources contribute to crow concentrations in housing estates. Residents are advised not to feed birds or leave food in common areas.
